How can a different view of the men and women in the company contribute to improving the health and well-being of employees?

Today, there is an urgent need to take care of the psychological health and well-being of employees. Occupational stress has become the number one health risk for workers. Work-related pathological suffering has increased in France over the past decade, leading today to the staggering figure of 22% of working people presenting “distress pointing to a mental disorder” (Pierre Deniler Foundation 2018).

Without going as far as pathological suffering, all studies today show a major disenchantment of employees for their work (boredom, disenchantment…) which leads to a “waste of talent”, while companies struggle to recruit or keep their best elements. Health and well-being at work have therefore become a major issue for companies.
