What is the spirit of TOD? Who are the “toders”? First and foremost, they are men and women in all their uniqueness. Before being a management controller, an HR manager, a buyer or a plant manager, before being “a graduate of HEC, X or Ensam”, they are themselves with all their intrinsic personal wealth. To be a todeur is first of all to want to be oneself and to want to realize oneself as such in the company.

Because everyone is better when they are themselves and not playing a role, because people are better when they love what they do and even more so when they are passionate about it, one of the first conditions for becoming a todeur is to dare to express one’s dreams, one’s professional aspirations, with transparency and sincerity, even if they do not always correspond to the traditional expectations of recruiters, or even to the classic definitions of a position.

Because we are stronger collectively, the team values are at the heart of the TOD spirit: commitment, respect, trust, freedom and recognition. TOD is about sharing a common vision of the company, human and united, driven by the meaning of its action. TODers put all their energy into the success of the organization, committing themselves to teams as well as to projects. The enthusiasm of the collective adventure, the sharing and celebration of victories, the personal and collective fulfillment are the main human values that make them vibrate.

“The difficulty is not in finding men who obey or men who command, but men who walk together.  G. B. Shaw”

TOD offers talents the possibility to discover themselves and the opportunity to exploit their full potential. TOD catalyzes this liberation of human energies to instill a new managerial movement and allow companies to better exploit their human capital.
